Personalised candles are dispatched in a sturdy purpose designed postage box.
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of personalised candles.

Returns Policy
We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or return. Once this has been authorised, and we have received the returned goods we will exchange your goods or refund your payment. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Please return authorised goods in their original form and packaging, we must receive the goods within 14 days from the day the return authorisation was issued.
Personalised orders are not returnable.
We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
We process our orders immediately upon receipt, so any cancellations received two business days after the initial order placement date will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
NOTE: once the order has been processed for personalised items we cannot allow changes or cancellations to be made. |
